• How long will it take to deliver my order?

Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation Number via email. Within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed, your order request will be sent to our warehouse for processing, your actual order number will be assigned at that time.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Coupon codes are issued by LegendaryHeroes.com. These codes are used to provide special offers to our loyal fans and are issued periodically via email.
• My coupon code is not working? Why?
First make sure your code has not expired. If the item is already on sale, most coupon codes cannot be combined with sale items. Percentage discount coupons become invalid during short term, site wide sales events. You can rest assured your discount coupon will automatically reactivate when the sale is over so you can continue to enjoy the savings for the duration stated on the coupon. We guarantee that the discount associated with a promotional coupon will never be more than the discount during a sale. Any coupons for free items are still valid with the sale.

• What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you ordered from Legendary Heroes, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund, excluding any delivery charges.
DVD collections, single DVDs, CDs and CD-ROMs will only be accepted for return if they are unopened, unless they are defective. Special offers and discounts will be prorated.
To return your product, circle the item(s) returned on the invoice and indicate the reason for the return. All items must be returned with all original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging. If you have received Bonus Gifts with your purchase, all bonus gifts must accompany your return in order to receive a full refund. Any Bonus Gifts not returned will be charged their retail value at the time of original purchase.
Contact our customer service department by calling our toll free number 1-800-959-2481 or emailing us at customerservice@davismerchandising.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). When shipping, your return the Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or box to ensure accurate and timely processing. Your return will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please send your return in a traceable manner, Shipping Paid and Insured. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs. Delivery charges will be refunded only if we are responsible for the mistake or damage.

CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges on orders of $201 and over is 9% of the total merchandise price.
NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions are shipped via Airborne Express and require an additional $5.00 per address.
CANADIAN SHIPPING: Canadian orders are charged shipping and handling rates that are double domestic rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international shipments, shipping and handling on orders of $201 or more is 20% of the total merchandise price.
