How will my order be sent?
	Most orders are sent via UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will not be sent. To check on the status of your order, feel free to call our Customer Service number: 1-800-959-2481.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
	It will normally take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your order. Certain items maintain unique delivery times. To check on the status of your order, feel free to call Customer Service at 1-800-959-2481 or send an email to customerservice@davismerchandising.com.
How do I change or cancel my order?
	At this time orders cannot be changed or cancel through our web site. However, you may call the Customer Service number at 1-800-959-2481 or email customerservice@davismerchandising.com for assistance.
How do I track my order?
	Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation Number via email. Within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed, your order request will be sent to our warehouse for processing, your actual order number will be assigned at that time. If you have any concerns, you may reference your Confirmation Number when calling our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-959-2481 (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PDT) or send an email to customerservice@davismerchandising.com.
My order never arrived.

How do I know if you received my order?

When will my backorder arrive?
	Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
