What is your Return Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you ordered from Legendary Heroes, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund, excluding any delivery charges.

DVD collections, single DVDs, CDs and CD-ROMs will only be accepted for return if they are unopened, unless they are defective. Special offers and discounts will be prorated.

To return your product, circle the item(s) returned on the invoice and indicate the reason for the return. All items must be returned with all original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging. If you have received Bonus Gifts with your purchase, all bonus gifts must accompany your return in order to receive a full refund. Any Bonus Gifts not returned will be charged their retail value at the time of original purchase.

Contact our customer service department by calling our toll free number 1-800-959-2481 or emailing us at customerservice@davismerchandising.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). When shipping, your return the Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or box to ensure accurate and timely processing. Your return will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please send your return in a traceable manner, Shipping Paid and Insured. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs. Delivery charges will be refunded only if we are responsible for the mistake or damage.

What are your shipping charges?

CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges on orders of $201 and over is 9% of the total merchandise price.

NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions are shipped via Airborne Express and require an additional $5.00 per address.

CANADIAN SHIPPING: Canadian orders are charged shipping and handling rates that are double domestic rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international shipments, shipping and handling on orders of $201 or more is 20% of the total merchandise price.

*NOTE: These shipping rate apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we break up your order to ship to multiple addresses, the rates apply to each address.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box for the shipping address, your order will be rejected.
• The shipping and/or handling amount that you receive during checkout at the time of placing your order and with your confirmation email is ONLY an estimation. This estimation may be modified during any step of order processing and fulfillment depending on various factors such as the actual weight, size, dimensions, etc. and destination of your package(s).
• The email you receive after placing your order is only a confirmation that your order has been received by our web store. Your order will be fulfilled if and when it is approved and verified at our warehouse.
• Certain items in our product line have a shipping surcharge due to oversize dimensions. These surcharges are shown in (parentheses) next to the price to the item.
• Certain items in our product line are only available to specific regions of the world.
• International customers are responsible for any duties and tariffs incurred shipping and handling.
• We have the capability to fulfill international orders to every country except Afghanistan, Burnei Darussalam, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to any country in the continent of Africa.
• Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. The shipping rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we break up your order to ship to multiple addresses, the appropriate rates apply for each destination address.
